Kenneth Haneline Keith Pryatel Cathryn Ensign

Cathryn has practiced labor and employment law since 1986, when she received her law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. She received a B.A. in Social Services from Cleveland State University in 1981.

In her practice, Cathryn represents employers, both public and private, in employment related issues including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and wrongful termination in both state and federal courts. Cathryn also has considerable experience in OSHA, VSSR and intentional tort claims. She routinely advises employers on human resources related issues including FMLA, ADA issues, employee discipline, and labor negotiations.

Cathryn Ensign
