Kenneth Haneline Keith Pryatel Cathryn Ensign

Keith has been practicing law in the Cleveland/Akron area, with an emphasis on labor and employment law, for over 34 years. He began his career after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Xavier University with a B.S. in Business in 1983 and Magna Cum Laude from Cleveland Marshal College in 1986.

Recognized as a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rated lawyer, the highest peer review rating in the law industry, Keith has dedicated his career to guiding his clients, both large and small, through their labor and employment legal matters. His area of experience spans across employment litigation, including discrimination and retaliation, National Labor Relations Board litigation, Occupational Safety and Health Administration litigation, labor negotiations, collective bargaining arbitration, wage and hour litigation, FMLA litigation, Ohio VSSR defense, all forms of employee/employer training, union prevent, and ERISA litigation. Admitted to the First, Third, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, and District of Columbia Circuit Courts, and the United States Supreme Court. Keith defends his clients across the private, public, and non-profit sectors on labor and employment matters.
